I don't know if it necessarily shows how low his value has dropped, because he can still be a productive WR. It just shows that most GMs aren't going to want to deal with his shit. He's an absolute cancer to most any locker room and is probably the most selfish player the NFL has seen...maybe ever. As a player...he's still got value...but it's a matter of whether or not a GM is going to want to take a risk on him based on his past.
