These are the Lakers final 15 games and my queston to you guys is how do you see this team finishing? As you can see it's going to be really tough but imo if they continue to play hard making the playoffs won't be a problem. What do you guys think? Well we've won 3 of our last 4 games so if they keep this up making the playoffs wont be a problem at all and seeing as how half the remainder of there games are in LA they should be able to win more games and possibly move up to the 6th Spot if Memhis starts losing but im not counting on that. I don't want the 7th because we will get sweeped and i mean sweeped by the suns. We'd do better against the mavs/spurs/nuggets.
You know what? I'm sick and tired of everybody saying we have no chance against Phenox. So what if we haven't beaten them this season but that doesn't mean that it can't be done... For one we still have 1 game left against them in the season so we still have a chance to get it done and even if we don't win that game that still doesn't tell us what's going to happen in the playoffs because the playoffs are a whole different story and I know for a fact that if we do have to play Phenox the lakers are going to put the season stuff behind them and go out there and fight hard to stay in the playoffs. After all upsets have happend in the past and it can happen again.
HeyKobe kicks it another notch, LO plays like he did in March, Smush knocks down the open J's, we play DEFENSE.... no telling what will happen.We have to penetrate, get their bigs in early foul trouble. And we have to keep pressure on Nash as soon as he crosses halfcourt, don't let him into the lane.
If the Lakers play the Suns, the Suns are really not a big contender this year... Yeah they have the second seed, but mostly everybody agrees that the Suns will not win the NBA Championship without the great scoring inside presence of Amare Stoudemire. the Lakers have a good chance at getting to the second round, especially if they catch up to Memphis for the sixth seed, the Lakers and Nuggets almost match up evenly.
is it still possible to get 6th seed if we win out... and, id rather play against Mavs than anyone...other than Denver!.
