Good for Przy. You know that the April 10th game is going to be insane, and Przy knows the Lakers are full of soft players.

For as soft as people say the Blazers are, the fact is they don't have a Przy physically, and Roy looked like he was going to beat some Ariza ass last night as well.

Douche bag Ariza already took care of that. I can't wait until April 10th. Nice defense by the Lakers last night, BTW. What a joke.

Yeah, because they haven't had any motivation the last seven times they've come into our building, or their overall 6-20 record against us in the Rose Garden.

Give me a fucking break. They might as well walk onto the arena floor wearing collars and leashes, and little jewel-crusted tags that say Daddy's Girl.

And congrats to the Lakers for sending a player to the hospital out of frustration, I'm sure that won't be a motivating factor the next time the two teams meet...

I think that was kind of the point with Joels comment. There comes a time and place in each teams development, where to be a champion you can't be scared anymore. I think Joel said it right there in not so many words. We aren't scared of the Lakers, the Celtics, the Spurs, anymore. We're done with that, no more intimidation tactics to take us out of our game. We're just as talented if not more than the elite teams in the league, and it's time everyone takes notice.

....I think a "we beat the shit out of them" will serve notice, that maybe it's the Blazers time to be intimidaters.

That kind of attitude is more valuable to the Blazers than any value it may give to motivate the L@kers. I hope he says it again on April 9.

Kobe said last fall that he had March 9th circled on his calendar because of the Lakers' losing streak in Portland. So now, after reading Przybilla's quote, what's he going to do? Circle AND highlight April 10?

If that's what it takes to bring a more competitive game here at home, then so be it. Or else we'll just start another wave!

Man, I'll bet you're really down today, MIXUM. You probably had all kinds of ideas for negative crap to post if the Blazers lost.

But they won, and I haven't seen one post from you that would indicate that you're happy about it. Only more negative crap.

One could come to the conclusion that maybe you aren't a real Blazer fan.
