Jesus, his eyes aren't even on the ball, they're looking at Rudy's head. And look at his hand - it's cupped because he's getting ready to drag Rudy's arms all the way through. No suspension.... Oh well, life's not fair, at least Rudy is going to be okay.

OH NOES, ARIZA WAS TRYING TO KILL HIM!!111 LOOK AT HIS FACE, i HAVE A DEGREE IN FACEOLOGY, I KNOW WHAT I'M TALKING ABOUT!!!

On a serious note, fans support their players. Had the tables been reversed, I bet blazer fans would be happy as hell, seeing how much they hate LA. A bunch of hypocrites.

If you seriously think he was going for the ball, you're dumber than I thought.

No, it reinforces the video and Trevor's reaction immediately after he commited the foul. The guy was so angered he admits he didn't even remember what happened in the following altercation...

Not that I'm trying to tell you guys what to post and not post about... but does anyone really see the other side budging in this particular skirmish?

You people are soooo fucking blind!!!! At least get this one god damn part right....Ariza did not grab Rudys arm on his follow through.

There wrists made contact on Arizas follow through but in NO WAY did he grab Rudys wrist....look at that particular part of the play and you will see that instead of just taking my word on it.

Nothin personal, but fuck, a lot of you are saying that and basing a big amount of your hate on it....it did not happen like that!

Yes, fouls like that happened in the old NBA. BUT, teams and guys that delivered cheap shot fouls like that had to worry about retaliation. Most teams had an enforcer who would enact payback justice sooner or later.

Can't do that anymore as players will be suspended for multiple games.

It is one-sided. If the NBA won't let payback justice be delivered the MUST put a stop to the bullshit.

Dude, you're just wrong. Just heard a retired NBA ref (24 years) on the radio say straight out that Ariza, after he hit Rudy's head, did drag the arm and follow through. So suck on that. You calling others blind is incredible. You have no credibility.

Are you fucking serious? Your gonna take the word of a dude on a Radio (ironic)...How about you actually look at what happened.

    <object width="480" height="385"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/jUENlW0s0Ow&hl=en&fs=1"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/jUENlW0s0Ow&hl=en&fs=1" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="480" height="385"></embed></object>

Wrists, they hit wrists. Yes it made Rudy spin more but it sure as hell wasnt a grab like you all WANT it to be.

edit: 1:25 in is a good view

I guarantee that Blazer fans wouldn't be posting about the player being a "wuss" or having "brittle bones", you classless *edited: No personal attacks*.

After watching the replay 3 or 4 times I'm even more upset the NBA isn't doing anything to Ariza but you all know the NBA is fair just look at the refs they even bet on the game. NBA refs are the worse in sports IMO. I would bet everything I own that if Joel did the same thing to Kobe there would be a few game suspension coming! Fuck this let's just forget it or it will really start pissing me off!:sigh::tsktsk::dunno:

Hilarious. *edited: No personal attacks* is losing his cred defending the actions of a player that even the OC Register says acted like a buffoon.

Wow, thanks for posting a movie I've seen several times already. If you can watch 1:25 - 1:32 of the clip and claim he wasn't dragging Rudy's arms all the way through unnecessarily & excessively then you're a fucking *edited: No personal attacks*. Plain and simple.

Not my fault you made a fool of yourself yesterday, but way to compound your mistake.

The 'If' at the beginning of the sentence in question makes my insult only applicable under a 'hypothetical' scenario. If you take it to be an insult then you're agreeing with me, yes?
