why even keep him around? what is this his 6th OC? might as well get someone else if you are just going to start from scratch every year.

The New Deal was a policy formed by President Roosevelt in wake of his Presidency. It was used to help America combat the Great Depression, and ultimately to defeat it by stimulating the economy, since Hoover did jack shit. It created many programs, which gave unemployed workers jobs, like building roads and bridges, to better the country as a whole, as well as to help earn money to help support the family.

Could they get anything for him? It seems like there's quite a few young QB's that seem to have more potential than Smith. And none of them seem tradeable at this point.

 

I thought that Matt Cassel had a shot of landing here. Sending a package of Smith and some fillers might have worked.
