    Fans all across the nation seem to be quick to judge a player, without first actually giving them the benefit of the doubt.

    And I have a tough time believing that an athlete who can reach such an elite level could get there without a ton of commitment and drive.

    Watching how draining the season has been for our three rookies I really have a new respect for what they do. It's not just the practices and games, it's the travel, the time changes, the messed up sleep patterns, trying to learn new plays, study film, etc. We talk about the fact they get 4 - 6 months off a year but they're working way more than 40 hours a week. I wouldn't mind getting paid like they do but it must be exhausting!
