What's Al Horford's ceiling?

    He was R.O.Y (actually, I can't remember if it was him or Durant... probably Durant... but Horford played a big role on a playoff team last year) and averaged 10/10. Atlanta surprised almost everyone last year pushing Boston to the brink of elimination, and Horford and the Hawks were poised for a big year.

    Yet he's turned a 10/10 rookie year in to... 11/9. He's a bit more efficient this year and is still a good defensive player but in more minutes is about equally as productive. I realize Joe Johnson is the number one option on the team, but why is Horford ignored in favor of Smith, Bibby, and Williams?

    Is Horford, on the Hawks, at his peak a 12/10 player? IMO he has a pretty solid mid-range game. What does he need to add to become more of a focus on offense for that team?
