I don't think Cutler is going anywhere. If anything I think this is a ploy by him and his agent to try to get the Broncos to commit early to a new contract extension and a fat signing bonus before the lockout in 2 seasons. There's a window of vulnerability and I don't see the Broncos getting rid of a pro bowl QB before he's even in his prime just because he's whining about some rumors.

I'm not sure what Schwartz will be looking for in the minicamp. Culpepper is a washed up turnover/sack machine. Stanton, even if he proves something by throwing in shorts, he hasn't proven he's a durable player since his college days. And Drew Henson, well, he's Drew Henson.

I would love for the Bears to land Roy Williams. I can see visions of CJ blowing past him as he takes a bad angle on a flag pattern for a 50 yard bomb. I don't think the Bears will pursue Roy anymore though since they already signed a crappy safety in Josh Bullocks.

LOL, the Packers failed to sign a decent 3-4 LB. Nice. Hell have they signed anybody this offseason? Seems like the dark days of Green Bay are coming back.

Udeze, you may wear purple, but I'm pulling for you. Good luck and God bless.

I'm not ready to go that far. They're committed to build the team up through the draft, and they've got excellent scouting to help them do that. This year's team is almost certainly bound to be better than last year's, when you factor in the talent they'll bring in from the draft and a healthy roster. I think failing ot find that 3-4 linebacker is more preferrable to overpaying for one.
