Thanks. So on average how long do your workouts last? When I was lifting, I'd finish up in like an hour or so, but that's maybe because I don't go to the gym. Are legs really that important though? I dunno but I don't really care about having really buff legs, as long as they aren't fat and flabby. I don't have T-Mac legs either. Is jogging good enough? And no I don't plan on being a body builder, so I don't think my body will really look disproportionate.
Usually an hour to an hour and a half. If you want to bulk, you need protein. Protein shakes, protein filled foods. Legs are important, a lot of activities involve lower body strength, I do enough just to keep mine adequate.
awww come on! when I hit the gym hard I start getting the lightbulb look because i have bad knees and dont like working my legs that much because of it
What kind of stuff do you eat? Just wondering because I eat pretty healthy but I'm curious to see what others eat, health wise.
Health wise? Usually for breakfast I'll eat oatmeal with dried fruit and brown sugar. I like to eat Chicken For lunch, I'll usually have a sandwich. I don't usually snack, unless I'm starving.

I got up took a shower. Then went to work. Then took a nap. Then went to a watch party and watched the Big 12 champions beat Baylor. Then I'm watching the Bulls game now. Then probably a marathon session of 2k9 tonight. Is that good enough for AhLian?
