    Maybe not catastrophic failure of the entire ice sheet, but the report doesn't exactly refute the notion that there could be significant melting and sea level rise.

    So, which side is advocating an immediate restructuring of the world economy, and which side is not?

    Also, have we ratified Kyoto yet since the Democrats are now in complete control?
