    Over the past year and half I decided that I should take better care of myself. I started eating right and being more active but I still didn't feel very energetic, I almost felt like I wanted to sleep for days. I don't what prompted me to buy my first multivitamin other than it was on sale but I did and after a week or so of taking one every day I started to feel great, I had real energy from the moment I got up in the morning until whenever I decided to go to bed. The first multivitamin I bought was Bayer Nutritional Science Daily, then I moved on to OneSource Advanced, and now I'm taking the OneSource Woman's Ultimate Multivitamin.

    I take two a day. I don't know if they do anything but I don't always get enough fresh fruit and veg so I figure its worthwhile.
