I really think this show could go on a Simpsons run and go on for over 10 years. I mean look at the show, their are millions of potential plots.
I personally don't like it at all and don't think it's as innovative as The Simpsons was, but I know a lot of people who love it.
I love old The Simpsons episodes and South Park, but I just find Family Guy kind of obnoxious for the most part; it's occasionally funny.
Occasionally funny are you serious? You must not get some of the things they do...when Peter has his flash backs...My brother doesn't understand them so he doesn't think it's funny either. Some of the writing is a little more mature then the attended audience.
So does The Simpsons, and I think the same thing about South Park also. Almost every episode is a parody of something, I think that goes over many of the viewers' heads.
Family Guy is just crazy. It is not as all like the Simpsons. The Simpsons has much better character development and plot ideas that you van relate to. Family Guy is funny but it is just too random for it to go for a long time.
Well the old The Simpsons episodes were great, but post-97 is just absolute crap. I used to watch the show twice a day until it just retarded, at least the DVDs are out now.
The Simpsons crack me up, I haven't seen to many Family guy shows, but they are funny the ones I have seen. I like South Park too.
The Simpsons and Family guy are both random and the plots make no sense so it's not like Family Guy will run out of material.
I'm just gonna guess no based on the fact that it has already been cancelled once. But don't get me wrong I love Family Guy.
It got cancelled because Fox is stupid and got rid of it too soon. It didn't get cancelled because it was bad.
