The bench really is the one who starts going away from Gasol. We start the game out by going to him and then the bench comes in and ignores him. And in the second half, the starting unit doesn't even consistently look for him throughout. For such an elite team, that is such a stupid thing to do. He is so efficient. I'm really surprised we don't go to him. I can't stand that.

^Kobe should start producing again for now... more production from kobe and the bench are needed if phil wants to decrease gasol's mins.

I feel confident DJ can give us quality minutes off the bench until Drew is back. Lots of minutes for Pau or not, the bench needs to feed the post more, simple as that.

I think it disappeared because Phil thinks we need Gasol to get the bench out of their funk. A Real Big to cover up how pathetic Farmar is.

I think having Odom facilitate will change all that though, he's more important to the bench.

They just gotta hold the fort down for a couple more games.

Bynum's coming back soon. I know it's been tough on Pau, dude's been a warrior all year, but there is light at the end of the tunnel.

What do you mean start producing again? One bad game and he he doesn't produce. Laughable.

Phil was saying he wanted to work DJ in there with the starters (mainly Kobe) to give Gasol a good break. I don't know why he stopped doing that. DJ has played well and warranted the minutes. Phil just needs to trust him.

huh? not coz of his bad game...

as i told huevon in the other thread, kobe's 28ppg are a quiet 28... he should go for 30 and 6 assists from the get go :ghoti:, he starts out games trying to get everyone involved, especially the bench.

Sorry man, but your standards are crazy sometimes. He averages 31 points in 36 minutes since Drew got injured, he's just fine. That's not a quiet anything.

Focus on Odom or our other trash, like at the end of that other thread.

kobe23, you are so fickle. You want him to average 1 more assist and 2 more PPG? Your ridiculous. That is a joke. Do you have any idea what you're talking about? Or do you just like putting out random fucking numbers?

Kobe sacrifices much of his stats from the get-go to get this team going and in rhythm. Numbers are the least of his worries.

just become a Lebron fan. you'll have the time of your life.
