Hey Mamba do you swim? I'm a lazy bastard and never have the motivation to stick through a weightlifting workout plan for whatever reason. But cardio workouts I have no problems with. For an example, I jog pretty much every day. I'm not looking for huge muscles or guns like D-Fish, I just want a nice built, tone body. Like this: I wanna look like Michael Phelps I probably won't get as big, but just similar body type.
I don't really want to look like this: although it would be nice, I don't have the dedication to get there.
This is kinda how I look like right now (Boris Diaw) except skinnier. If I do have muscle you don't see it because I'm not toned down. Otherwise I'm just skin, and maybe a little fat (although I'm pretty skinny).
