Re: Memphis recruiting class next year. It is a sick class. I think Wall's decision rests on Lance Stephenson's. If Lance comes to KU, Wall is not coming. Self has recruited Wall himself. I dont know if Wall will go to Memphis either. Baylor seems legit. Dennis was a 5-star recruit but fell off. As a second option, it's not bad. Top class so far, better then UNC's, but theirs is still awesome as well. Fab Five is a tough manter to put on a team. Plus they didn't win a title. You and me will have talks for a long time because we will always have good classes and have young coaches and good programs.
Re: Memphis recruiting class next year. I know, hopefully we can expand this part of the forum a bit because it has been dead untill now. Wall said publicly that he has narrowed it down to two teams, Memphis and Baylor, and Memphis is in the lead right now. Of course right now that doesn't mean much right now. Ebanks said he had Memphis number one after Kalvin Sampson was fired, but at the last second he decided to go to WV. Everything depends on Evans declaring for the draft. Wall obviously doesn't want to come off the bench.

Re: Memphis recruiting class next year. Lance Stephenson has a lot of talent, IMO the best pure scorer in this class, but he's a head case. I think he'll go ethier to Saint John's or test Europe.

Re: Worst Article I have Ever Read. The stint at the pros for Cal is what made Memphis the team it is now. If Cal never went to the pros we would of never signed all the top recruits we sign every year.
Re: Worst Article I have Ever Read. Oh yeah, no doubt, but calling Calipari a scrub coach is a joke. So he doesn't have a National Championship victory, but what he has done with two mid-major programs is something that should put him with the top coaches in the country right now IMO.
Re: Will Tyreke Evans return for another season? It is a catch 22 with John Wall. If Wall goes to Memphis, he leaves. However, Wall won't come unless Evans leaves. If Evans stays, Wall doesn't come.
