    0-28 vs Eastern Conference

No team has ever been winless in interconference play....Kings are @ NY & get Philly at home this weekend

They could be the Detroit Lions of the NBA!

God is this painful to watch. What a waste of a great player (Kevin Martin), every single other guy on this team is fucking garbage.

Kevin Martin isn't that great, he doesn't even play defense and is part of their problem. You can't build around Kevin Martin if you ask me, he's just not that type of a player. Spencer Hawes and Jason Thompson are studs if you ask me ;)

He isn't a great defender, probably never will be, but he is an excellent offensive player. If he was actually playing with other NBA players, it would be a little more apparent. He's not a franchise cornerstone player, but he can be part of the nucleus on a championship contender. He needs a Ron Artest beside him to account for his deficincies (part of the reason we were able to win like 39 games last year, because we had Artest).

Both are good prospects that have upside. Unfortunately with Hawes being so raw and Thompson being a rookie, neither have been as effective down low, particulary on defense, as their pretty numbers would lead you to believe. They're keepers though. If we can get a good point guard at some point, I think we'll a decent team before too long.

Yes I am a Kings fan. :ghoti: (or should that be :()

His defensive deficiencies are amplified cuz his teammates are horrible at defense. Put him on a good defensive team who can hide his poor defense and he'll be gold

Yeah, Kings are my local team, so I get to see them a lot. If you ask me, the reason they went downhill this year is that Martin got hurt early on then Theus got jobbed. He got the most out of his players and they looked good early on if you ask me. Then things fell apart w/o Martin, then the firing came and ever since minutes have been awkward for everyone except Garcia & Martin.

Jason Thompson and Hawes need to not foul so much, they have to be the top fouling frontcourt duo in the NBA. I like how they compliment each other pretty well if you ask me, just they need a guy like Griffin or Jordan Hill that is more a dominant scorers since they're both decent passers for post players, then their frontcourt for the future is in place with a 3-man rotation with probably Jason Thompson off the bench. I would really like the Kings to take a PG like Patty Mills or Ty Lawson since the quick guys like Bobby Jackson, Bobby Brown, and Willie Solomon seem to fit better than a guy like Udrih.

I guess I can claim them as my 2nd team :(

You can always count on the Knicks when you need a win.
