Dreams fascinate me for some reason, I find them to be the most interesting area of human psychology. We still know little about them as compared to other areas of how the mind works, and to me they're the most paranormal (for lack of a better word) aspect of daily life. Scientists right now belive that dreams are the brain's way of categorizing and organizing thoughts and emotions that a person has experienced throughout the day, but there's definitely more to it then that. I think that dreams are the best example of how creative the human brain can be, in just thinking of the wide array of dreams I've had; from very abstract subjects, different social interactions, my fears, etc. There must be more to it then just the brain organizing thoughts. Some people have prophetic dreams, which is another subject altogether.Well I'm just rambling on here, is anyone else here even remotely interested in this subject, or do you have anything to add?
I am also. I had a link saved about dream meanings but never got around to reading it.There very interesting.
Yeah I've looked into that also, can't say I agree compltely though. I find it hard to believe that a certain dream means the same thing for every person every time.
Just to let you know. A majority of my dreams is me dealing with people I would barley ever talk to. You know, the person you said hi to one time out of the whole school year. I just thought it was strange...why those people and not the people I hang out with and talk to on a daily bases
Same here, a lot of times it's about girls that I don't know that well or don't hang out with anymore.
I have weird dreams..Recently I had a dream about being in a all-glass building surrounded by dark, red-black clouds..and i was alone in an empty room on the top floor..then i forgot the rest..I forget dreams in a matter of seconds sometimes..its really weird
Everyone dreams constantly during REM sleep, some people just can't remember their dreams, in your case for example.
I guess you seem to know what your talking about JustBlaze. What to you know about sleep paralysis? I've had it twice, I was around 10-12 when it happend. Didnt think it bothered me enough to seek professional help. Never had it agian
Sleep paralysis is where you incounter things. You feel awake, but you cant move. Sleep paralysis is quoted as "Night terrors" luckly I didnt see any thing that scared me to bad
I'll admit I don't know much about the subject, although I too had experiences with it when I was younger. I'll look into it more tonight.
WOW..that happend to me once! last year!..it was so weird..i was still in bed and i looked in a mirror that was infront of me on my little table thing next to my bed..wow
Wow, sleep paralysis is very interesting. People report feeling the presence of an entity in the room, it's almost paranormal.
Kingjamez, idk if thats sleep paralysis. I think you were stoned or something. Normaly sleep paralysis you have incounters with deamonds, ghosts, ect
Dreams make me think too. I liked reading that Just Blaze, you seem like a really smart guy with awsome Alba sigs. I wonder what the point of dreams are. I usually forget my dreams that I had when I wake up, but for some reason I can remember two dreams I had when I was like 6 and those two are the only ones I can remember past 2 days.
