Vasquez's mouth is almost as big as Memphis's margin of vistory.

Speaking of Vasquez and him being a dumb ass, when he was asked about Antonio Anderson guarding him he said something along the lines of, "Who's he? I never even heard of him. No one can stop me. The only one that can stop me is me.

Can someone find the exact quote when he said Memphis would have a loosing record in the ACC? I'm going to replace the Bob Ryan quote with that.

It's all good fun, Vasquez sucks and is cocky. He only shows up against Duke & UNC, then is practically non-existent against everyone else. Memphis beat a bad team, hope they're pumped for Mizzou :)

Fuck I never want to cheer for Mizzou, but I want them versus Memphis. That will be awesome.

Mizzou doesn't scare me. I was looking at their team and the tallest player is 6-9 and he averages 3 points a game. Memphis is way to long for them and would kill them on the boards.

They are based on a team effort, 40 minute running game. They can throw teams off.

No way did James heal that fast, hasn't it only been 3 weeks?

Mike Anderson doesn't need bigs with the way the style they play, just look what UAB did to Kentucky few years ago. DeMarre Carroll is a handful for any bigs to deal with even if they're taller, so this should be a good game if Mizzou can beat Marquette.

The one thing that scares me about Mizzou is Mike Anderson. He was the last coach to beat Calipari in C-USA. At the same time Cal has beaten him many times before that.

James will probably have little to no effect in this game

That's what I'm thinking, but maybe he'll be a decent shooter possibly if they need one.

Maybe Buzz Williams is saying this so the team can rally around him. I agree he won't have a big effect on the game, but saying that your senior leader is supposed to play after suffering a season ending injury can get the team fired up.

Yup, and Memphis is going down next.

Still don't see how we can beat Thabeet though....
