Such an incredible read. The man has gone through so much, it is hard not to pull for him. Not to love him.

This man will be a Laker for the rest of his career.

Jeff Van Gundy sums it up best:

"A lot of people have wasted a lot of time thinking about who they want Lamar Odom to be rather than appreciating him for who he is," says Jeff Van Gundy, the ESPN analyst who was coaching the Knicks when Odom was making headlines as a New York City high school star. "I always look back at where he started. In stories like his, you don't see a lot of happy endings. So when you do see one, I think it should be celebrated."

Almost makes me want him to win a championship. Just not in a Caker uniform.

    Whoa, what a story.

Don't hate the player, hate his game.

Damn dude, I've always loved Lamar, but this article gave me even more reason to love him.

I've always had his back, and will continue to always have his back.. I can only hope he will be a Laker for life!

Wow that was a great read.

Never knew everything he went through. I always knew he was a good person at heart, but this was touching.

I'm gonna root for him now more than ever, I feel sad for all the times I've called him "Odumb." :sigh:
