I would gather that Ann is in the 95+ percentile. Pretty hard to "increase" the size of her brain when it is already smart.
You may think she is "stupid". I may think she is "stupid". But, she equally strongly thinks our opinions are stupid. Disagreements over policy do not indicate which of the group is smart and which is stupid. That is not the same as brain size and iq, etc.
As far as heart, she has tons. How many people are as dedicated to putting themselves out there like she does? If her hard work and drive and willingness to stick her neck out doesn't take heart I don't know what does.
Don't mistake not having a bleeding heart - as defined by the left - for having none. Liberal/left wing politics don't get to define that which moves people. (Though they try) There is no objective standard here.
