    Only the top Kim Kardashian photo shows up for me. And I guess I don't see the plastic surgery. Then again, I don't really know who she is.

    Looks like her cheekbones area got wider?
    Emphasis more on dimples?
    Lower lip looks slightly less chunky?
    Hard to tell what got done.

    It looks like she got an injection of botox at the most. She's trying to do a small smile in the second one but her upper lip just isn't having any part of it.
