Public Schools should more than Christian schools. I don't think uniforms are just about looking nice. I think it has to do with bullies picking on what people where. I mean look what the muslims where and compare it to us. Totally different things. Now I am not offending muslims just using them as an example.

I go to a Christian-Private school..and I wear uniforms..I really hate them because the old faggots teachers are so strict about being in uniform, we get this thing called a 'citation' and you get points for each one you get..when you get 30 your expelled..We get citations for having our shoe untied, sleeves rolled up, hair too long, wrong belt, wrong socks..all that crap..I hate it truly..but Its much easier in the morning..

Most uniforms for guys are long pants and girls skirts. But that could be changed in cold weather im sure.

Maybe its cause im older now and we all act older... But I aint got the type of money to by $40+ jeans all the time. IDC i wear some cheap namebrand sometimes but i make sure its hot. Cause people be like them shits is hot ETC. But I think hes better 4 younger kids to have to wear it

I don't mind uniforms if they're comfortable, I had to wear one for a few years and it wasn't so bad.

Fact is that it is a violation of privacy to enforce dress codes at school. Public school that is, but Private parents pay for so they can do as they wish.

I don't believe public schools should require uniforms. It's just more you have to pay for each year and they are not needed.

I have to wear a uniform. I have no problem with it. When everyone is wearing the same thing no one cares about wearking casual clothes. We have casual day once a month which gives us a break. Also another use is that no one ets made fun of for the clothes he/she wears and everyone is treated equally in that way. The perspective between people that already have worn them and public school people is much different.<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (BCB @ Mar 22 2006, 05:25 PM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}></div><div class='quotemain'>I don't believe public schools should require uniforms. I think it costs less then going out and buying normal clothes to wear every day.

Like I said, this isn't debatable. It is just a matter of perspective. If you have worn a uniform then you are used to it and you don't care. But if you havn't you take offense to the idea of wearing a uniform.
