I am going to say 8-2 with my heart. I am going to say 5-5 at worst. So If Phoenix loses one more game we are in with that prediction.

Why are so many of you pegging a loss against Utah? They are coming off a back to back that night. Utah is not a good road team. We've been playing very well at home lately against good teams...it's the average/crappy teams we need to worry about.

We need to go 7-3 for my prediction of 52 wins during the reg season. I think we'll do it!

That's exactly my prediction as well. I love copying a post rather than writing my own.:ghoti:

This is where my head is at. There might be a loss in there to OKC or possibly Denver, but I think 7-3 is a fair bet, 6-4 at worst.

I just really don't see us losing to the Lakers at home. Why now?

I hope I'm wrong, but I have a feeling we'll lose at home to the Lakers this time. The Lakers probably will feel they have something to prove and the Blazers might be a little flat since wins have been automatic here for a while now.

I think they get pretty pumped for the Lakers, and with the Rose Garden crowd behind them.... I think it's a dubya.

I dare you to predict a Blazers loss. It would be like the first time EVER. You think the last 7 games the Lakers have played here had nothing to prove?

@ OKC-L(Love to win this but I don't see us winning it..)

    @ Memphis-W
    @ San Antonio-L
    Lakers-W
    @ Clippers-W

Finish 7-3...I think we can possibly pull off a win in SA, but don't think it's likely..

Memphis W--They're on a B2B, playing here, and they suck.
Utah W--Also on a B2B, actually 3rd game in 4 nights after the up-tempo Knicks and Suns Friday and Sunday (respectively). They'll be wiped; we should take this relatively easily.
@ OKC W--Each team has 3 days rest, and we're still a better road team than they are a home team. We really should be able to take this.
@ Houston W--Houston's returning home after a tough 2-game trip (@PHX & @LAL). We'll probably be in Houstom before they are. I really think we'll get up for this one.
@ Memphis L--Sandwiched between the Rockets and Spurs, this is a classic trap game.
@ San Antonio L--B2B, end of the trip; I hold little hope for this one
Lakers L--They may be more pumped for this game than we will, and we may be more tired after our road trip than they will be after hosting Denver the night before. Got a bad feeling.
@ Clippers W--We'll be pissed, and will take all our anti-LA animosity out on the poor hapless Clippers.
OKC W--Back on a mission to reclaim home-court dominance, we destroy the Thunder.
Denver W--Having already clinched the division and 3rd seed, Denver will be resting during this game.

So, I got us 7-3 too, just a different 7-3 than everyone else.

the only game i'd say is a likely loss is the one at houston. the spurs game depends on their health. if they are limiting the big 3s minutes, no reason the blazers shouldn't be expected to at least have a 50/50 shot at it.

I think I'm still sticking with my 7-3. I'm worried about that clippers game.

10-0, finish the year with a 13 game win streak, but unlike last year, we get a playoff birth.
