I've got nothing but great things to say about my ticket rep. He invited me to a suite for a game and provided food and beer (I sold my regular seats), he offered to let me do the T-Shirt exchange at player introductions, and he arranged for my 11-year old to be "honorary captain," where she got to walk around on the court and meet all the players during warmups. He is totally responsive to my calls and emails - and he calls me just to check in.

Those guys do a great job coddling the STHs. (Of course I haven't heard from him once I renewed . . .)

I don't know how many seats are sold through season tickets, but I'm sure they have 5000 seats or so that are not occupied by season ticket holders, so it should be that hard.

Renews on 2009/2010 season tickets were guaranteed playoff tickets, if you call the sth line and tell them you will buy tickets for next year if they can get you playoffs this year, I would guess there is a fair chance they will say yes. As stated above they bend over backwards to sell packages... my guy got me some free tickets the last two seasons when I called asking about upgrading my package. No guarantee, but wouldn't hurt to call and ask.

I got an e-mail from Blazer Marketing about a week ago wondering if I wanted to reserve tickets in the in either section 333 or section 334. The price was going to be $508 per ticket and in the Purple section. I am quarter season package holder. Even though you would get two thirds of the that back, it was still a little too much for me right now.

Only if Comcast is showing them too.

I don't know if Comcast will show playoffs since they are all nationally televised. So, you may be in luck.

I wanted playoff tickets so bad, but no way in hell was I going to plunk down at least $1,000 up front for two seats for the playoffs. I don't have that kind of cash, even though I know I'd get refunded for the games we didn't play. What a screwy process..

If you renew your season tickets, you have the option to just be billed as they play through theplayoffs, which seemed like a better option than having to pay it all up front.

I'm only a quarter-season ticket holder, and split it with someone. And then I bought other tickets to other games. I wish I had the option of being billed through the playoffs.. Oh well, supply and demand I guess if they're getting the orders.

Hopefully single-game tickets will be available, but I doubt it.

Not all the first round games are on national TV. Probably 2 or 3 of our first round games will be on KGW with the others being on TNT/ESPN. Who our first round opponent is will be a major factor in how many of our games are on national TV.

I think last year every game was on TNT, ESPN, or NBATV.
