Re: OT -- Good PDX Sports Bar? I went to the one at Tanasbourne.....pretty crowded...food was chill, just a bunch of chicken wings and beer. service was fine....luckily scored a sweet table by some bigscreens.
big al's in vancouver is ok but the service sucks big time, they've had way to much turnover in the sports bar. i went to the agency before the OSU baseball game saturday, seemed like a nice spot. a lot of tvs and overpriced beer. also went to the marathon that day and it's passable but not preferred. the cheerful tortise is good, but as long as you have some decent food/beer and the game is on, everything else is secondary.
