Have to love the defense by Brandon Rush I think. Gordon had it where he had him one on one, with no one behind Granger. Granger just started yelling, "Don't go baseline, don't go baseline!".

This is a pretty big game for the bulls. Detroit is most likely going to lose to the Cavs and Charlotte most likely loses to the Lakers. Bulls win and the put some much needed space between them and Charlotte.

Bulls really need to play more defense. Not sure why their defense is so porours from every position.

We can get whatever we want on Indiana though. If Gordon gets going, we should be able to win this game.

    Another hot start from BG:
No TO's though and the bulls are right in it.

This is a serious concern. Especially after allowing Toronto to drop 130 +.

This is why I'm not sold on Thomas/Noah. They have some nice dunks and plays, but the interior defense has been pathetic all year.

I think a trade using our expirings or Deng for a good defensive big like Chandler or Okafor would be a good investment for this team.

Normally I'll jump into the Rose hype machine, but I think the 8 boards he has is mostly because Ford is so friggin lazy on D.

I think you think that as Ben Gordon goes the Bulls go, and that is simply wrong. He has been shit the first half forcing his bad shots and they have had the lead most of the game. If they aren't stupid with the ball and keep Granger in check then they'll get the win regardless if Ben Gordon starts scoring.

No, it's that the Bulls are holding strong against the Pacers with Gordon playing like crap. If Gordon starts making his shots, the Bulls will pull away. It's just a matter of a player going from not making his shots to making his shots that will really help the team pull away.

Gordon missed like 2 wide open threes. If he starts making his threes, the Bulls can pull away really quick.

    I didn't realize he had 8.

He is and he usually is a spaz on offense. Tonight he's been somewhat under control.

And why is everyone (the media and coaches) acting like the team has only 6 guys. They have a full bench and just cause VDN isn't playing them doesn't mean they aren
    t there.

I tend to agree. They both have tremendous upside, but as a duo they lack the size and bulk to truly clog the lane. One of them will probably end up being moved for some added size.

Kirk has 17/7/7. Quietly killing it. And Derrick 20/10/5. Great game for the guards.

Looks like Gordon is going to come in for TiT. 8 point Bulls lead. Hopefully they can go on a run here. It's a shame that Rose missed another wide open layup.
