New England Patriots Richard Seymour, Ty Warren, Jarvis Green, Vince Wilfork Jacksonville Jaguars Reggie Hayward, Marcus Stroud, John Henderson, Paul Spicer Atlanta Falcons Patrick Kerney, Chad Lavalais, Rod Coleman, John Abraham Carolina Panthers Julius Peppers, Kris Jenkins, Maake Kemoeatu, Mike Rucker I really love Carolina's line when they are healthy but I put Jacksonville's a little higher. Henderson and Stroud could have done better last year.

Carolina. Julius Peppers is a freak. he has long arms and he is so quick and also very powerful. He is great at getting sacks. Rucker is a good d-lineman as well.Watch out for the Eagles D-Line. They got that new guy who is very talented. What's his name? Darren howard. And watch out for Kearse. they call him a freak for a reason. He is one of the best in the NFL at tipping passes and he will rush you like a beast. Mike Patterson is coming along as well.

I'd say Carolina too, with Jacksonville just behind. They have arguably the best DT when healthy in Kris Jenkins and DE in Peppers. Then you have Maake Kemoeatu and Mike Rucker two very underated, well above average lineman.

Not to mention the Panthers have Al Wallace as a backup, he's pretty good as well.

Our Lions DL is pretty solid with James Hall, Kalimba Edwards, Shaun Rogers aka Big Baby, and Dan Wilkinson aka Big Daddy all whom are relatively young besides Wilkinson.

But it's nothing like any of the lines listed above.

But there young and improving. Shaun Rogers is a beast, very huge, scary and amazing. He was also a pro bowler last year. Brightest spot on the whole team.

Kalimba Edwards and James Hall are average DE's, Shaun Cody is a decent DT prospect but he needs to add bulk. But the Lions line doesn't rank up there with the options...not close.

I think it's the Jaguars. The Jaguars have one of the best defensive tackle tandems in the NFL with Henderson and Stroud. Both are big and strong, and fill the gaps well taking blockers with them to open up for the defensive ends on passing plays and stuffing the wholes on running plays. The starting defensive ends Spicer and Hayward are very good, and underrated defensive ends. They are both, long and quick, and get to the quarterback well on passing plays, fill holes and gaps to get to the runningbacks well, and stay at home on running plays not their way to protect against the reverses. The backups for the line is nice, with Meier, Mccray providing solid depth and give the coach's the chance to keep the d-line rotation fresh.
