    What? It isn't Greg's fault that he was boxing out and Jeff Green jumped on his back? That is obviously in the rule book that this is a foul on Greg. Just like Ronnie Brewer hooking is an offensive foul if it was against anyone else - but against Greg it is a foul on him.

    Yes, I'm watching. The makeup foul is justified since it should've been a foul when he hit Westbrook. Should've been flagrant. The rule is that if you hit someone in the head, it's flagrant whether or not it was intentional.
