This is a rare case of someone texting while driving and actually killing a person. http://www.redding.com/news/2009/apr/04/shingletown-woman-sent-to-prison-for-text/ Driving is a privilege not a right. The woman had no right texting while driving paying bills. She should have pulled over. I'm glad that this woman got six years for this.
