Clutch Fans

I am really growing sick of the doom and gloom posters, and the brown nosers on Clutch Fans. Everyone, including the elitist, narcissistic mods and father times that post their are getting old. After the novelty of that site wears off, it really becomes nothing but a bunch of people who regurgitate each others posts and have never have anything new to say. The Rockets are gonna to win it all after 2 wins, and the Rockets aren't gonna make the playoffs after a loss to LA....or any team for that matter. I'm guessing 65% of the posters in the GARM are between 12 and 16 years old, and 34% are 17 and older. This wouldn't be so bad, but the sheer number of posters make the good posts hard to dig out.

So please, lets post on this forum again. With time we can turn this place back to the way it was before the merger.

I've been mostly lurking on CF since the merger, and I've gotta agree somewhat. Way too many knee-jerk reactions and the jumble of posts and threads make it impossible to find a thread from earlier in the day even. The old posters bash the young ones and take pride in being there since (insert year), and overall it's hard to break into their community over there considering the number of posters. Unless you bring something new to the table (i.e. durvasa and stats), your opinion is ultimately ignored.

I'm ready to become more active here again if we can get this activity back up; summer's coming soon and there'll be lots to talk about with the playoffs, draft and free agency.

 

Yep, that happened there. My account is on moderation when I post because I made too many polls though. I'm trying to get back in there though.

What does that mean?

 

Everytime I try to make a post. It gives me some screen that says a bunch of stuff, and then when i get back to clutchfans, my post isn't there.

I have to wait until Clutch or one of the mods to approve the post before it's shown in public. That's why I don't post there anymore, because of that.

 

Now i'm IP banned. Oh well, It's knee-jerk world over there.
