    I hated the deal we got for Z-Bo, but the further we get away from it, the better it looks.

    Randolph is like Ron Artest or Stephen Jackson or Baron Davis. You get him in the right environment, and he might be a really good player to have on your team. But he's always going to be something of a gamble, because some stupid thing like this could flair up and completely derail what you are doing.

    Hollinger should make a new statistic up that compares PER to PML (Public Meltdown Likelihood). We could call it a player's Rodman.

    The higher a player's Rodman is, the more you'd better have a top 5 NBA coach and multiple natural leaders in your lineup. The late-90's Bulls are a great example of what can happen if you do have those assets and a player with high Rodman. The Clippers are a great example of what happens if you don't.

    OT: Z-Bo in the drunk tank

    Apologies if someone has already noted this, but the LA Times is reporting Zach was arrested for drunk driving last night.

    "Clippers' Randolph arrested on suspicion of drunk driving

    Randolph was arrested on suspicion of drunk driving early this morning. CHP reports he was stopped while the white Rolls-Royce he was driving was weaving on the 405 after Lakers game."
