If the Rockets win this game, there is a very good chance game one of the playoffs will be in Houston with the last 4 games being:

    @ Sacramento
    @ Golden State
    vs New Orleans
    @ Dallas

    Keys to the game:
    -Leave Rafer open.
-Contest everyone elses three point shots. Orlando is a three point shooting team.
-Get Yao going early. This will wear down Dwight Howard and put him in early foul trouble.

    Go Rockets!

Yao has always outperformed Howard throughout his career, let's hope he can continue that tomorrow. Scola on Lewis will be toughest matchup, and I won't mind seeing Artest shifting over to PF at times to cover him. Regardless, we should be able to score without trouble against the Magic.

Alston against Brooks will also be intriguing. Rafer might come out looking to prove that the Rockets made a mistake; Brooks's gotta be ready for that.

"Leave Rafer open". Haha. Let him shoot his floaters as well.

Yao 4-4 and 2 blocks, Rockets up 3 after first 12 minutes.

Yao's got 11/8 at the half, Rockets up 9, holding Orlando to only 38.

And Rafer? 1-5. Can't say I've missed seeing that.

93-83 the final score. San Antonio beat Oklahoma City so it doesn't change anything, we're still a half game back. If we win out though we'd have a great shot at taking the division, they've still got to face Portland, Utah and New Orleans.

Yao outperformed Howard again and Rafer was 4-11.

Things are looking great for the Rockets. We seem to be winning the important games that we really need. I honestly feel great about facing Portland or New Orleans. If we get matched up with Utah, we're screwed! Spurs need to keep winning, I'm happy with 4th as of now.

Well going 3-6 and facing Utah is still possible. Hell, 4-5, 2-7 could all possibly pit us against Utah. Good thing is Utah plays last on the 14th, so we can plot to position ourselves away from them on the 15th against the Mavs.

Best case scenario, Utah drops to 8th and gives the Lakers a tough series.

Yes, but the Lakers play the Jazz the night before our last game. I bet the Lakers would tank that game if it came down to the Mavs/Rockets game the next day.

Yao beat up Howard. I can't wait to find out who the Rockets will play in the playoffs.
