Excuse me for saying this, but I'm surprised at how little information we get from a guy who actually works for the Blazers, rides on the team plane, and knows the players. What gives, HCP? Are you forbidden from revealing lots of juicy info to us, or just not interested in doing so?
He's been warned at least a couple of times not to spill anything worthwhile. I think for his sake he's extra careful without giving up any stories just in case he gives something away he shouldn't have. Or he spends all of his time in the hotel room and doesn't associate with the players. Or he's a really shitty storyteller.
I've been warned to not let some "inside info" if you want to call it that, out. There are things that I don't mention, that's for sure over the past few years. The boys need the privacy.........just got back from the airport and i will tell you Nate gave me a high-5 on the way back to our cars with a big smile on his face. We all watched Braveheart on the flight home and every time somebody got their head smashed in everybody was crakin' up. My bosses read this board so I won't tell you that I saw Quick makin out with Joe Freeman in the hall after the game!
Thanks! Now that's some interesting stuff. It's great to hear that the Blazers were loose and having fun after their big win. As for "inside info," Jason Quick is parceling it out all the time in his "Behind the Locker Room Door" columns. If he can do it, why can't you??
Because Jason Quick works for somebody that doesn't have "Portland TrailBlazers" in the company name. Also, he has limited dirt compared to somebody who is on the inside.
