Which team(s) do you think will be the Pistons of today or Spurs in the next 5-10 years?I think possibly the Bobcats and Wizards.Any others?
i think it will be the Bulls, Celtics or even Raptors. All those teams have some cap room and a good core of young players to work around. I think the East should dominate soon.
Raptors and the Bulls. The Raptors will be crazy with Calderon, CV31, CB4 and Graham. And possibly Gay but we gotta wait and see.
Raptors will get that kid Ronnie Brewer. We don't need to draft another sf. He will be taken by the time we pick anyway.Brewer looks like a street persons' Dwyane Wade.
I mentioned the Celtics. In the West, i think it will be the Mavs. They have a great young core and Dirk will still be around. In the past 3 years they have had A+ drafting. They have gotten so many good players with 20+ picks. And not to mention Daniels who went undrafted.
Orlando has a good future with Dwight, Jameer, and Milicic. Why would you say Wizards, though? First we have to aquire a good low post threat, then we can be considered as a top-notch team.
tha hornets, they a great team now but when these kids grow up 2gether and learn the game well...they will be like the pistons.
Celtics, Bulls, Bobcats and Magic. All have a number of great young players. Magic and Bobcats are in the best shape financially though should and have a ton of cap room in upcoming years.

Cant forget Portland. They have some nice young players now and should be getting some more in the draft.

Right now they only have two good future players. David West and Chris Paul.<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (TheAnalyst @ Mar 24 2006, 11:47 PM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}></div><div class='quotemain'>Cant forget Portland. I havn't seen much out of their young guys anyway.

The Bobcats seem to be on the right track. The Bobcats have the classy organization who seem to make all the right moves. People don't realize that they have a ton of cap and are a 20ppg scorer away from going to the playoffs. The Bulls are making solid moves but they don't have anything inside.

That guy has a huge contract. He looked promising but he has drowned this year.
The Blazers have a team of losers (besides Juan Dixon), I really don't like that team and didn't understand the pick of Webster 5th overall.
They are not all losers. They have Telfaire, Jack, Webster, and Outlaw who are pretty young capable players.
