I think the hate in the Rose Garden will be at a frightening intensity tonight. The building is going to shake when that worthless bitch Ariza steps on the floor. It will be awesome.
I was listening to The Game last evening and Canzano was chatting with the Lakers' beat writer. Not surprisingly, Boston's Fleet Center and the Rose Garden show the most hate towards the Lakers. Heh, heh, heh.............
Life in the NBA is tough. I don't want to hear anything from a team that essentially plays 43 home games because they share an arena with the Clippers. Nor do I want to hear anything from a team that has national support from every front-running, K*be-loving bitch around. Nor do I want to hear anything from a team given 40% of their lineup by their former GM (West with Pau) and an act of human decency from a late owner (Miller with Fisher). Finally, I REALLY don't want to hear anything from a team who Stern actively promotes to win and who often gets to play the opposition 8 on 5. Fuck LA.
Repped for DA TROOF!!!! Whoops, I guess I gave you my last rep, too. Damn you and your quality posts!
My one real hope is that one of Oden, Joel or Aldridge sends Ariza sprawling to the floor at some point. The earlier the better to get the crowd going too.
Crap, tonight, Kobe will pass Charles Barkley for third on the all-time scoring list. He's two points shy.
Really? You'd be willing to risk a suspension and--at minimum--lose one of our best players for the rest of the game to "get the crowd going"? I hope that the team just beats them on the floor. Ed O.
I'll second that. I hate the way the national media justifies ignoring Portland by saying, "They're way up there in the Pacific Northwest." Last time I checked, the Lakers and the Trail Blazers played in exactly the same time zone. If you can show Laker home games on the East Coast, you can show Blazer home games. Scum.
