How about no. This doesn't have to be a 24/7 topic. I'm just gonna stop posting in here, it's becoming spam.
Fine, man, but some very nice points came across.Dirk lost two All-Stars + Jamison + Walker for Terry, Howard, and Stackhouse. Sorry, but which one is betteR?Lol, what was that? P0$3r ...Look at what Dirk lost and what it turned into...Steve Nash --> Jason TerryMichael Finley --> Marquis Daniels
<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>Dirk lost two All-Stars + Jamison + Walker for Terry, Howard, and Stackhouse. Naw, man, once the season is down to just a few games left, it'll be reborn again. We all talk about how Suns are having so many breakout guys..Well, look at Bell...28 MPG and 12 PPG before Phoenix, and 15 MPG and 38 MPG. He's not playing "super-special!"Look at Marion... http://www.nba.com/playerfile/shawn_marion...x.html?nav=pageHe's had a few seasons in which he played about the same number of minutes and about same points!!Boris Diaw is the only "super-special" guy.Dallas has NOBODY breaking out besides Diop, maybe.
<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>Dallas has NOBODY breaking out besides Diop, maybe.</div>No. I wouldnt say breaking out, but you cant deny Devin Harris has improved. Josh Howard also, this is his thrid season, hes really developed into this league now. Do you have at TV? Because seems like you get everything from your computer.Where the hell did Boris Diaw come from, lmao
Lolz, he comes form the Suns!I was researching some stuff, and found out he was the only guy affected by Steve Nash.Dirk is the one who makes the crowd scream, though, putting 20,000 people together.I mean, Howard hasn't improved on offense TOO much, has he? On defense, he's slacked a little, as well.Harris has improved his penetration, but he's been injured for like 30 games now.More like 10...but still...Dirk'll get his case on Tuesday...
<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>I mean, Howard hasn't improved on offense TOO much, has he? On defense, he's slacked a little, as well.</div>He's still not a shooter. But he has been a better option to score now. Good for getting in the paint, I would consider that an improvement.Dirk'll....LMAO
Lol, what's so funny about Dirk'll? Dirk'll!! Detroit is a huge team, and by Dirk winning the game, Dirk wins MVP.End of story ifMAvs beat Pistons.
Mavs beat Pistons earlier in the season and no one promised him the MVP award, so why would this time make him MVP? Im pretty sure the decision is made after playoff
Dude, this is when the MVP hype REALLY starts up, not the beginning of the season. We've basically discovered it's a two-man race between the two former teammates and still best friends for life.If Dirk shows he can play huge against a huge team such as Detroit, it'll easily change people's opinions to make Dirk the MVP.
This MVP race isnt just between Dirk and Nash. Imo, I find this one of he hardest decisions for MVP this season. The race is tight...Kobe, LeBron, Billups, Iverson, Wade, Arenas, ect. This isnt a two man race.People already know about Dirk. He already showed that he can play against a huge team such as Detroit. If Mavs win Tuesday, he wont change anyones mind, unless he could score 51+Get a TV, I need some sleep. Later
Lmao, dude!I pay $5/per month on my Dish (which includes hundreds of channels except FSN, where most games are shown) to watch Dallas! I watch them every night except tonight, where I had to go places. Those guys you listed besides Dirk and Nash aren't in the SERIOUS MVP Race, just some guys to steal votes from the TRUE MVP, Dirk or Nash.
I have to agree, Dirk and Nash are the faves as of right now...and if the Mavs just beat the Pistons, the Dirk hype wagon wil start to rev up.If the Mavs blow out the Pistons, agian, it'll really get going, and if Dirk has a huge game it'll put him as close as anyone to surpassing Nash.

So, you would have to compare the Mavs last year to the Suns this year for this to apply. And, in that case, you would still see that Nash is more valuable to the Suns than Dirk is to the Mavs.
Look at it this way...Dirk has a bigger gap of talent between him and the next best player (Howard, Stackhouse, Terry) than Nash (Marion, Amare).

Without Dirk, the Mavs would probably be in playoff contention, but obviously wouldn't enjoy the same success they are enjoying right now.
Dude, the Suns would perform better with Nash out than the Mavericks with Dirk out.Look at the Suns's second best player, Shawn Marion, and compare him to Jet. Who's better?Obviously Marion.
Diaw and Barbosa are definitely capable of playing well together. Diaw is the perfect point forward to have and Barbosa would still get to play off the ball. Suns will continue to win without Nash.
Yeah, but the problem's that MVP hate went to Nash last year, so this year, everybody's saying, "Nash will get my vote!"
