Give the game ball to Steve Blake. He hit two HUGE shots in the 4th and then picked up the big steal.

    51-28

    Unbelievable.

Let's not sleep on the Clippers. I'll be there!

37 pts from our bench tonight.

    35 pts from LA's bench.

    69 pts from our starters.

    63 pts from their starters.

We're just a bit better all across the board.

    At home anyway.

12th consecutive year neither team could get that third win.

Normally, I want to pull my hair out when a coach repeatedly calls timeouts in te last 2 minutes. I feel like it disrupts the team and is counterproductive. Tonight, I think Nate used his timeouts well. It's a subtle thing....but Nate gets so much grief around here, I feel like he needs credit when it is due.

They've spit the season series 12 years in a row? Wow.

Here's an idea if you get there early.

Phillips’ Milk of Magnesia in the Clippers' gatorade barrel.

Definitely. He kept the team focused on winning. It's so easy to get carried away... our crowd is like a mob with pitchforks, and it bleeds into both teams' psyches. Nate kept telling them to stay focused, and they did. Good job on him.

Great win! That Rudy dunk was tiiiiiiiiiiiiiiight.

And we shot around 42% and missed 10 freethrows.

That doesn't sound quite right, because I know they've had years where they only played a three game series, so 'splitting' wasn't possible. But if it's true that there have been no series sweeps in all that time then yes, that is really impressive.

There have been two 2-1's which would make a split impossible, but they each took one of those. They are tied in the regular season over the last 12 years, as the other ten seasons were split evenly.

anyone else like the way the offense was run through oden in the 4th when roy was sitting? he scored a couple of times, got to the line, and basically put the blazers in the penalty fairly early in the quarter. those are the kind of things he offers offensively.

i loved at one point the lakers talking about how he basically just had a little hook shot and no other moves. seemed like the next time down the floor he spun around bynum with a nice move for an easy lay in or dunk.
