There's no doubt that your rivalry with the Lakers is huge. But for a long time, you had a great thing going with the Sixers (and also with the Syracuse Nationals before they were the Sixers), especially in the 50's, 60's, and 80's. Right now their franchise isn't really that hot, but considering that no two franchises have ever met more in the playoffs, and that it hasn't been too terribly lopsided victory-wise like your rivalry with the Lakers, where do the Sixers rate in an all-time sense as far as rivalries go where you are concerned?

Non-existent to me, since I wasn't around during the early 80s. Sixers are just another team.

Agree with JE, the Sixers aren't even on my radar.

Yeah, how can there be a rivalry between the Celtics and the Sixers? I don't think the games between these teams are even that exciting..

Boston is expected to win every time and a win by the Sixers is considered an upset.

I think to have a rivalry, teams should first be equally matched.
