    That would be interesting. Isn't Kidd a FA after this season though? It's pretty obvious that Phoenix needs to blow up that team though. It's plausible that you could net Shaq for cheap. There were rumors the Suns would have traded Shaq to the Blazers for Raef LaFrentz. You guys have any large expirings?

    I don't think we have any expiring in the next year. Stackhouse's 7M comes off the books this year, so we can't include him in the trade. My scenario, I was thinking of a S&T for the Kidd portion, but I think S&Ts can only be 1 for 1. So we would have to do 2 separate trades. Either way, Dallas would be ripping of the Suns in my scenario, so it's not going to happen.

    Damp's 13 mil expires pre-2010, and Stack's 7 mil comes off the books i believe post-draft. There is some time to trade him before the 7 goes to 3 million. Phoenix would get back two expirings for shaq, it might be worth doing for them

    um kidd and shaq are free agents next year..... nash is too..... just sign them no need for a trade

    The thing is, one of the reason's Shaq wants to go to Dallas is because of Kidd. There also has been rumors of Shaq and Kidd talking.

    Nothing against Kidd (obviously coming from me), but he does have Nash.

    I know. But if we sign Shaq, do you think we can pull off Dampier for Nash? My comment was just a quick pipe dream reply, and didn't take into account feasibility.

    He did have Nash. Did Phoenix make the playoffs? Your right, he wouldn't want Kidd over Nash.
