good recognition by Greg to NOT pick up the offensive foul there...it was an eventual TO but good for GO
There's a big difference between Roy and Oden and you know it. Oden was last year's #1 pick, but he's not even discussed as a top 5 pick for rookie of the year. He will be great, but it will take time.
This is a perfect example of why Bucher was wrong and we'll be better than OKC in the future. Oden and Pryzbilla have dominated the paint this game and OKC has no one on the horizon that can do the same. Even Griffen wouldn't cure their problems there.
You're right Eric. Brandon Roy didn't have season ending knee surgery before his rookie season started.
I used it to make my point that what you are saying could be applied to just about anyone compared to what you did say originally that Oden is a serious project which is BS. I guess you are not man enough to admit you were wrong and instead try to back pedal on it. I know the next time Oden has a off game you'll be back bashing him.
Anyone else noticed how we have completely destroyed the Thunder after the Bucher article? Anyone else think we took it personally?
I'm not wrong and I'm not backpedalling. Oden has a ways to go and I have full faith that he will get there. But let's not fight right now and challenge one's manhood. Let's enjoy a great game. Go Blazers!!!
