With Memphis loosing all it's recruits and possibly only returning one starter do you think Tulsa is the new favorite with Jordan deciding to stay his senior year?

I want to say Memphis is still the team to beat unless they lost some guys to transfer? They still have great talent on their roster for a mid-major type conference that C-USA is around them. If they don't keep the title, Tulsa and Houston are bringing back most of the key parts to their teams to make a run.

I think Tulsa has a good chance of winning the regular season tittle, but they won't win the championship since it's played in Memphis again and the Tigers are really hard to beat at home.

Wesley Witherspoon and Robert Sallie were the biggest threats to transfer. Witherspoon already said publicly he wasn't transferring (see sig) and I doubt Sallie will transfer to Kentucky a year after transferring from Nebraska.
