I am. About 6 hours after "Burrito night" at the mook household.

 

All the good nicknames have been taken. When was the last time you heard a good new nickname that wasn't derivative of another player's nickname or simply a shortening of the players name (C-Webb, T-Mac, D-Wade, etc.).

The Natural fits Roy, but it's taken (by a fictional character, no less).

Wish there were a way to connect his #7 and Natural Wonder.

 

I want to call him the Finals' MVP.

I kind of like Roy Wonder. Of course, even that is derivative of Batman's sidekick - and Roy is no sidekick.

He needs a nickname that captures his versatility - he's like the Swiss Army Knife of basketball players, but Swiss Army Knife is both lame and too long - and Leatherman sounds kinky.

Hollinger tried to peg him with 'Magnificent 7' which I'm pretty lukewarm toward, but if you shorten it up to 'Mag 7' it could work ... thing is how many people even really remember what the magnificent 7 even are?
