No doubt, if Utah gets LA, they're going to make it real tough on their home court. I'm sure the Lakers would want none of that. New Orleans? They'd probably sweep them or win in 5 at most.

But if the Lakers get the Jazz, could be a six- or seven-game series.

lol People gave you credit already, how many times do you gotta toot your own horn? Utah will be back next year, injuries just hurt the chemistry this year.

You guys need to make some trades and you have the players that you can move. You will be back if Boozer is gone. You can not start Okur and Boozer together. Trade Boozer for a physical presence in the middle, start Milsap at PF and bring Okur off the bench.

I would also think about trading your 16 million dollar 6th man too. But the bottom line is that the Jazz played better when you had injuries. Specifically when Boozer was out.

Boozer has to opt out first before you let him walk, right?

If Boozer stays, then Millsap is gone. At this point, it wouldn't be that big of a difference b/c I think Kirilenko could play some PF off the bench and it would free up cap in 2010 offseason and they could get in on some of the guys outside of LeBron, Wade, etc. and restart building around Deron quicker and could use AK's big expiring in a trade also, so either direction isn't going to make Utah become a bottom feeder.

Utah has a vibe that reminds me of last seasons Nuggets. Maybe they just need a trade to shake things up.

I've always said I'd root for the Devils from Hell if they were playing the Lakers. So I will root for the Jazz. But I have been charting the West playoff teams and their fall is amazing. I had once thought they could give the Lakers a run since they are a physical team, but they have just played so poorly lately, I'd have to say Lakers in 5 if I were a betting woman.
