    We're under the cap, we don't have to match salries in a trade. We could do Hinrich for Blake straight up.

    Yup. And this is just a guess, but Blake has had a big season with this personnel...it's quite possible that Hinrich would also have more success with this group of players. But really, a "Steve Blake with great defense" would be a pretty acceptable upgrade, IMO. It's not like Hinrich has a max or near-max deal.
