Blazers fans just remember you have a young team, rich owner, and cap space for the next two seasons with many picks. Trades and signings will probably land you a very good PG and your team will be in contention soon.

So you're telling me Blazers had a better past few years of not even making it to the playoffs vs. Rockets who went to the playoffs and lost in first round?

A team that didn't make playoffs is better than a team who did and lost in first round... i mean, seriously?

lol, i just dont get how you can possibly think that.

aaaaaand Rockets have won 2 championship, Blazers 1 :p
    and Rockets' are more recent!

I really thought the first game will decide the series, now I hope i'm wrong. I have a feelin i'm not, though. I was antsy about this game all day and had a strange feeling, but not in my wildest dreams did I think they'd manhandle us.

My prediction was either Blazers in 7 or Rockets in 6. This was the reason I didn't want to play Houston... damn. One fucking Free Throw away from being a 3 seed and playing NO and gettin' out of the Lakers bracket and not having to play Houston. Damn... but its our own fault, especially because of that Clipper game we lost *shiver*.

Anyway, lets hope the Blazers bounce back and show some pride during Game 2. That was embarassing.

GO BLAZERS! Losing this game isn't the end of the world as long as we win Game 2. Game 2 is the make or break game for this (wonderful) season.

Neither did anything to suggest Bayless is more than a garbage time option.

Our measly 12 assists coupled with Nate not playing Sergio the way he had been when we were winning 10 of 11 games certainly says Sergio should get big minutes early in Tuesday's game if Blake can't get a team offense going.

Good point. I'd go with Bayless and see if he can somewhat contain Brooks.

I don't think we should panic and suddenly change things up that got us here. If Houston doesn't shoot 1,000 percent in the first quarter, we're not deflated and we're in the game IMO. Just continue to stick to what got us here, and Game 2 will be much different.

Bayless is not a good option at this point. He hasn't been able to get his shot back yet, so right now he'd be a liability. At least Steve can shoot.

A day later, and I'm still trying to figure out WTF happened last night. It was surreal. Was Telfair running the point? Was Charles Smith the leading scorer? Tell me that was a nightmare last night, and that the game is really tonight.
