I thought San Antonio was cooked. I mean, they shot 11-14 on 3s Saturday night (78% - NBA playoff record) and STILL got their butts handed to them. They looked old, slow, washed up. I thought they were done.

Tonight? They are up 22 and Dallas is shooting 37%.

Now I have no idea what's going to happen in this series. Maybe we'll come out tomorrow and smack Houston back in the mouth (at least I hope so)

Shouldn't try to do two things at once.

"SA smack the MAVS" is what I meant.

Good point. Except TD wasn't really a factor in Game 2. Not to mention we're not even talking about the same Tim Duncan anymore - his knees are so shot he's a shell of his former self. Still very good, but no longer able to dominate a series - at least not THIS year (maybe his knees heel and he's back to his former self next season)

If San Antonio DOES win this series it will be because guys like Roger Mason Jr, Finley, Bonner, Gooden, & co. play like they did last night. Parker is going to get his. Duncan will be good too, just not the guy who could go 28/15 for a series and dominate on defense anymore. Even in Game 1 where he had 27/9 he didn't dominate. He was eaten alive by Bass and Dampier defensively (and on offensive rebounds) and he looked terrible defending the pick-n-roll. That's not what we're used to seeing from TD.
