I've never heard so many problems with our fans on this playoff run. Its almost as bad as a Blazer/Lakers game. I witnessed two different cases of two fans being escorted by security. One was drunk btw. When I left the game on Saturday I saw two top blazer guest service personnel with their suits and earpieces holding "incident" issue cards. Why do we have to act irrational with our own fans and cause problems? Too much liquor?
Overbearing enforcement of fans by the RG staff. It's ridiculous how they try to squelch simple fan enthusiasm for their team.
It depends on what member of the RG staff you run in to. The ones that monitor our section let us get away with murder. They're extremely cool. I can't speak for all of their staff, but the ones that work the 306 are great.
I actually had to yank that drunk guy out of his row on Saturday night and hold him down, he was fighting with another guy about spilled beer, and ended up flattening a little kid. Took security several minutes to respond. For my efforts, i got a beer shower though (you can't knock free beer). IMHO they need to cut some people off a bit sooner
two MORONS were up in 329 and would not sit down. They were doing it just to piss off the ppl behind them and it nearly started a brawl. very distracting and took away from my game experience. also, can people quit please saying fuck around little kids? show some damn decency!
fans who don't wear blazers gear at playoff games = automatic ejection. seriously folks. you paid $400 for those seats and you're going to rock a fucking UNC shirt? lame.
Depends on the age of the kids to me, but I think it's kind of dumb to bring younger kids to Blazers games if you're trying to hide them from that kind of stuff. There was like a 5-year old two seats over from me, and a buzzed enthusiastic guy in front of me. The mom ended up leaving at halftime and didn't come back (which I think was a good decision).
I swear alot, but I won't swear at games, even when I'm all drunk and shit if there are kids around. even when they're not around I really try not to be too much of an ass. Got to respect the parents/kids who want to have a good family time. Sportsbars or at home...that's another question.
It doesn't matter, I am 23 and I don't want to hear you swear non-stop. The type of garbage is for your own home. Just because you paid for the ticket, doesn't give you free reign to do whatever..you gotta be courteous of people around you. I am all for people being loud and proud, but show some respect. I love seeing little kids get their Blaers feet wet and enjoy a great game, but they don't need to hear other's bar mouth.
I saw that.. I think it was 328 though.. I was 4 rows up or so.. one had a red shirt and the other a white shirt?
