Wafer and Brooks need some good old fashion 88-89 Pistons BBall put on them. Contest and bump till they are begging for rest. They touch the ball they get slammed. In football it's called hearing footsteps. Hard picks, hard screens and a hard body fouls till they hate the paint!

Make um HATE THE PAINT BOYS!!!!!

We really need to allow Ruffin to grab a few fast fouls at some point early in the third quarter, I am convinced he is actually Tu-Pac after extensive tattoo removal... let him ball these overconfident fly weight guards.

Yeah, that guy is a freak! I think he should go in for 2-towers action sometime to save Greg for fourth Q.

Sounds about right. Crumbles easily. Doesn't last more than a few minutes, not nearly as good as the toppings around it...

Van Waffle is just a punk that got traded to us and is talking crap because he hates us for trading for him...he was a douche when he was here almost every radio and tv guy HATES him...enough said.

lol here is irony watch him get like 11 points something like 4 for 18 shooting and make the bone head play that allows us to win.

This is not possible in today's NBA. Doing the above would cause Joel, Greg, LA and Batum to only get about 12 minutes apiece. It would make Game 2 look fair in comparison.

Whenver Von Wafer has a good game, it makes me think of one of my favorite Scottie Pippen quotes.

When the Blazers were playing the Jazz in the 2000 playoffs, whichever game Utah won in Salt Lake (either Game 3 or 4), and Olden Polynice had a pretty good game, Pippen had the following to say after the game:

"Olden Polynice surprised everyone in the world today ... including himself."

Really? A team with Luis Scola, and you didn't have a player to hate? You are a much more tolerant person than I am. :)

It amazes me how opposing fans dislike Scola so much. Trust me, if he was on your team you'd love him. He's the nicest guy imaginable off the floor, a wonderful teammate, and he plays his ass off. He never commits dirty fouls, he never shows a bad attitude on the floor and gets technicals. He always shows complete respect to opponents before and after games. He just plays hard. Of course, he's also unathletic, slight of build, a little undersized, and he has to rely on certain ... hmm ... "tricks" to make plays on defense. Come on, give him a little slack.

He's Danny Ainge with "girl" hair. Hated Ainge as a Celtic, loved him as a Blazer, hated him since (but wish him a speedy recovery and good health - I don't hate him THAT much).

Nah. Ainge was a whining little punk (but, of course, get well soon!). Scola is nothing like that.
