It's from a movie called "Freaks"

If you've seen the "the butters episode" on south park they make a parody of this movie. It's a crazy movie to say the least.

 

HCP, what airport is closer to the arena? IAH or HOU? How far? is there a lot to do in that area?

"Freaks". One of the top ten horror movies of all time. They used actually sideshow performers to play the circus freaks. None of them had any actual acting experience, but they brought an air of realism you don't see in modern flicks.
