On yahoo.com's NBA homepage there is a big picture of Lebron James that says 'LeBron's new image: King of Clutch"Lebron hits 2 clutch shots out of 19 in his whole career and he is the "King of clutch"Melo hits 10-16 and he is an average 4th quarter performer. Wow
Yea, sucks. Something you have to get use to. You would hear it about Allen Iverson every other minute a few years back
Yeah the media is going to make us an anti Lebron public, much like we're and anti Duke public since all the networks are on Dukes <Censored>.
I've never heard the media say anything besides that Carmelo is incredible in the clutch. And Yahoo.com is..errr...garbage?
If Melo got the Nuggets to a 82-0 season and LeBron got the 8th seed to the play-offs...then LeBron will be MVP..considerin that im a melo fan..its quite sickenin..
it's funny how the media is.. oh well. lebron james is popular which is why they do this all the time. but at least we all know better. right?
LeBron deserves every bit of praise he gets- He is averaging 30/7/7- He is a great passer- He is electrifying in every way- He is leading a mediocre team to 45+ wins
Your always trying to defend Melo, Ballah. But you're rite, LeBron cant touch Melo when it comes to clutch situations.
look: i know that lebron is awesome he is very good. we know this. but.."king of clutch" come on. he isn't -THAT- clutch. so he hits a couple buzzer shots. everyone does. he isn't the king of clutch which is why the media is out of hand.
Who said he was King of Clutch? One site? One media member who was proably smoking weed through his <Censored>?
That is the end of the deal LeBron gets. I feel sorry for him, he has what MJ and Kobe have, if LeBron doesn't do something people say he sucks at it or make a big deal of it, and when things like this shot happen, he is suddenly a hero and the best ever. I hate that kinda media.<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (DaPrincezza_L'z21 @ Mar 26 2006, 09:03 PM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}></div><div class='quotemain'>If Melo got the Nuggets to a 82-0 season and LeBron got the 8th seed to the play-offs...then LeBron will be MVP..considerin that im a melo fan..its quite sickenin..</div>I think Melo deserved the Rookie of the year award back in the rookie season, and LeBron got it because of the hype, that still makes me mad and I am a Cavs fan.

He's chokes on numerous occasions and when he hits one shot his called king of clutch.
